This is a procedural text on how to bake a chocolate muffin. The targeted audience is those who dose not knows how to bake muffins and wish to learn how to make them. There isn’t any used of pronoun .The action verbs used are: ‘Sieved, Add, Divide and Bake”. Some examples of them being used are: “Sieved all dry ingredient, Add the water and dry ingredient alternately in two lots, speed for 2 for 2 to 3 minutes.”, Etc. The text or recipe uses simple present tense. Some example are: “ Bake at 180 degree for ­+25 minutes, insert a skewer in the centre, it ensure that it will comes out clean.”, etc.The linking words are not any linking verb. Every single step is explained clearly with the help of the diagram or the pictures it should be clearly understand by all, even thought those who do not know how to read. The ingredients needed for the making of this chocolate muffin are being classified into 3 groups. Though there only stated the ingredients needed but utensils is also needed, pictures of some machines needed can be seen from the picture above.Maybe after you learn making a muffin you can give it to your friend. (they are like being experimental on but they would not mind as long as they get to eat.)(I’m sure)J
